Presentation Information for ICC 2026 Presenters
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the 2nd International Camelina Conference (ICC 2026) will receive notification regarding the presentation format assigned to their contribution.
Oral Presentations:
Authors selected for an oral presentation will receive information regarding the date and time of their talk as part of the scientific programme.
Presenters are kindly requested to:

Upload their presentation at the Information Desk at least 30 minutes before the start of the morning sessions on the day of their presentation.

Presentations should preferably be provided in PDF format to minimize compatibility issues and formatting changes between computers. If your presentation includes videos, animations, or other embedded multimedia content, please provide it in PowerPoint format and inform the organizers in advance.

Arrive at the meeting room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of their session.

Ensure that their presentation finishes 1–2 minutes before the allocated end time to allow time for questions and discussion.
Your cooperation will help us ensure the smooth running of the scientific programme.
Poster Presentations:
Authors selected for a poster presentation are kindly requested to bring their poster printed in:

A0 format: 84 × 120 cm (approximately 33 × 47 inches)

Portrait orientation
Poster boards will be provided at the conference venue. Information regarding poster display arrangements will be communicated before the conference.
